Our fees are based on services provided. Jordan will be happy to discuss specifics of the fees for services during a 15 minute initial phone consult.
Jordan Wishner, LCSW, accepts many insurance plans in New York. We do accept insurance; however, coverage varies based on provider contracts. For those not enrolled in an accepted plan, services are available on a private pay basis.
We bill monthly for all services and provide an invoice with the appropriate CPT codes upon payment. This allows you to submit the invoice to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement amounts differ depending on your specific provider and plan.
We strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your coverage and reimbursement eligibility.
